Steps To The Perfect Landscape

Leaves growing.png

Step One

Schedule an onsite 30-minute consultation. Prior to scheduled onsite consultation fill out questionnaire located on the contact us page and send to Jim. Meet onsite and discuss your vision and desires.
Jim will think through our discussion and submit a design proposal.

Step Two

Upon acceptance of design proposal Jim will dimension out the property and build an in-scale base map locating all existing elements and do a thorough inventory of all existing gardens and vegetative features.
Once base map is completed Jim will begin to develop a schematic design to present to home owner.

Step Three

Upon completion of drawings, we will schedule an on site meeting to review drawings and adjoining documents, i.e.: materials list, a fair market value estimate and pictures of all proposed plants. During this discussion we will talk about the order of bloom and the maintenance requirements to get the garden established
